We'll discuss methods to maximize your pumping, create and manage your freezer stash and develop strategies for a back to work plan. Other topics will include how to talk about breastfeeding with your employer and child care provider and how to know just how much milk your baby really needs.

Instructor Bio:
Barbara Zimmermann is a registered pediatric nurse and Board Certified Lactation Consultant. She provides individual breastfeeding consultations both in store and sees families in their homes. Barbara also teaches classes on infant massage as well as classes for new grandparents who want to learn about current parenting techniques. Barbara has two grown children and she and her husband are thrilled to be living nearby their three energetic grandsons.
